With talk in Parliament this week of establishing an additional four bank holidays, one thing is clear: we need to know how to spend our days off. Their most recent venture, Operation Red Rocket, transports patrons forward in time for a culinary experience inspired by the ‘future’ as it was seen in the swinging sixties. Diners will be able to enjoy a five-course meal in the (fictional) British National Space Laboratory over this weekend and the following two.
